The pop is done just like with an ollie, except that right after you pop the board into the air, you need to kick the heel of your front foot forward. Once your front foot leaves the skateboard, point the toes of your front foot up in the air, and kick your front foot forward, out in front of you. You want to be flicking the edge of the skateboard with your heel. That’s why it’s called a heelflip! The major problem with the heelflip is that the skater tends to lean far forward as in toe side and not toward the nose. Tre-flip (also known as a “360 Flip”) is a skateboarding trick that looks similar to a kickflip, except that the board spins on two axis. The 360 flip will flip like in a kickflip and at the same time spin 360 degrees like a 360 shuvit. This trick is difficult for intermediate skateboarder since you need to get a feel for balance in the air and while catching the board when you land. Your front foot should stay just above the board, so it keeps the board from popping into the air. Also, make sure you push that tail hard enough to get the board to spin around, at least 180 degrees (all the way around once, so that the tail ends up where the nose was). Similar action applies to backside shuvit i.e enough force to spin the board.

To perform the pop shuvit, first do the ollie until you get the comfortable speed and return to the stance position of shuvit.
